What happens after I request my repeat?

• We’ll check your prescription is valid and contact your doctor if needed.
• You’ll receive a call, text, or email when your medicines are ready for collection.
• Ask about delivery options if you cannot visit the pharmacy.

A: Yes, but please provide their details and ensure you have permission.

Q: How soon will my repeat be ready?

A: Most repeats are ready within 24 hours. If we need to confirm with your doctor, it may take a little longer.

Q: Can I get reminders when my next repeat is due?

A: Yes! Sign up for our Repeat Reminder service in-store, online, or through the Unichem & Life Pharmacy App (for reminders only).

Q: Can I use the Unichem Pharmacy app to request repeats?

A: The app shows you your prescriptions and repeats left, and sends reminders—but you cannot request repeats through the app. Use our online form, call, or visit us to request a repeat.

Q: Can I transfer my prescriptions between locations?

A: No, once the script has been initiated at one of our pharmacies any repeats must be picked up from the same pharmacy.
